Nima has a bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Construction Management from New York University. He has over five years of experience working with design and construction firms providing Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) services. He possesses a high level of engineering knowledge and VDC skills to develop BIM for engineering plans and construction studies. He is also a field expert in many new technologies being used in today`s complicated construction projects such as design interdisciplinary clash detection, 3D as-built modeling, 4D construction simulation, and creating/implementing BIM execution plans which increase efficiency, save cost and avoid unexpected delay during construction.
