With over 14 years of experience in the Construction industry, Mr. Sandeep Gunnala has been involved in consulting for thousands of construction projects across a spectrum of different types, sizes, and phases. He has successfully handled hundreds of projects varying from relatively simple and straightforward to extremely complex projects involving >$1.5 billion budgets, new buildings, full building renovation, vertical and horizontal enlargement, full demolitions, adjacent property disputes, expert witnesses, bringing a balance on safety requirements post-accident/incident or stop-work order from building department, between the executive team at Department of Buildings and clientele and/OSHA, etc. Sandeep obtained his Bachelors in Civil Engineering prior to graduating with a Masters in Construction Management from NYU Tandon School of Engineering, FKA Polytechnic University. Since then, he has continued his education garnering certifications and holds: Professional Engineer License; Site Safety Manager Certification issued by NYC DOB; OSHA Authorized Construction Trainer; Certified Welding Inspector by AWS; Sandeep will continue to dedicate his expertise and passion in finding cost-effective and compliant solutions to any construction project.
