Saeed has nine years of management consulting and advisory experience. He is currently a director of finance at Visa®, specializing in business analysis, risk assessment, and financial modeling, and works collaboratively with executives to provide commercial insights for key decision making. Prior to Visa, Saeed was a manager at PwC’s Deals practice where he was advising early-stage startups, large corporations, and private equity investors on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, alliances, and other corporate finance and capital markets transactions. He has worked closely with CFO’s and leaders across many sectors including technology, retail, infrastructure, pharma, and financial services. Saeed has a Master of Financial Engineering degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Ph.D. in engineering from the University of Central Florida. He has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation granted by the CFA Institute.
