Oto Usoro is an experienced Engineer and Project Manager with extensive leadership and technical skills. He has proven experience in project management, business development, systems engineering, and the design and delivery of infrastructure projects in Los Angeles. He over 10yrs of experience in the successful delivery of multi-disciplinary projects from the design phase to completion, working to tight timescales and budgets. Prior to relocation to Los Angeles, Oto serves as project engineer and manager on multiple government agency projects on the east coast. Oto holds an Electrical Engineering Degree from Penn State University and System Design Certification from MIT.
